The price does not include
- The price does not include the tourist tax, which must be paid on site for over 18s.
- The hotel accepts a limited number of pets for HUF 8,000 per night.
Cancellation policy: Information regarding accommodation booking validity and cancellation terms
Accommodation bookings that have been successfully ordered and confirmed by the hotel are considered valid and are recorded as such.
Should the guest decide not to use the booking, written cancellation via e-mail is required in all cases.
In the absence of such notification, the booking remains active; a cancellation fee will be invoiced to the guest in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms if the cancellation is not made, occurs outside the free cancellation period, or if the guest fails to arrive at the hotel.

- In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive): 100% of the cost of the ordered services will be invoiced.
Terms of payment: By finalizing your booking, you accept the obligation to pay!
A 30% deposit is required within 5 days of booking, payable via:
– bank transfer, or
– bank card, or
– a SZÉP card (OTP, MKB, K&H) issued in the name of the guest making the booking.
The remaining balance can be settled at the accommodation upon arrival or departure using one of the following payment methods:
– cash
– bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron)
– SZÉP card (OTP, MKB, K&H)
