The price includes

• Accommodation in the selected room type (balcony, air-conditioned, Balaton panoramic room, facing east or west)

• The use of outdoor sports courts: basketball, football, beach volleyball, table tennis, and petanque.
• Free use of billiards and foosball
• Free parking in the hotel's closed parking lot
• Free, unlimited Wi-Fi use in the hotel's public areas

Check-in on the day of arrival: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out on the day of departure: by 10:00 a.m.

The price does not include

• The price does not include the tourist tax, which must be paid on site for over 18s.
• The hotel accepts a limited number of pets for HUF 8,000 per night.

Cancellation policy:

• The ordered services can be canceled/modified without penalty if done more than 7 working days prior to arrival.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
• If cancellation is missed, the full amount will be invoiced.
• In case of a No-Show, meaning failure to arrive, 100% of the ordered services will be invoiced.

Terms of payment: A 30% deposit transfer or payment by a SZÉP card in the name of the guest is required as a guarantee for the reservation. If no card details are provided as a guarantee, the reservation will only be considered valid if the deposit is paid by the payment deadline. The remaining amount can be settled upon arrival or departure at the accommodation in cash, by credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro, Visa Electron), or with a SZÉP card (MKB, OTP, K&H). The deposit can be paid using the following payment methods:
